my dad will be at the nursing home a yr come july 4th........since he has been there.......he has acted pissed at world..does not say two words when u go to visit or anything....its a hassle just to get a one word answer from him........he has never been grouchy or refused meds or anything.......
UNTIL today......my brother came to me this morning...said....hes talking.......and when i say talking......in a normal loudest voice..not a whisper......
and he tried to hit at a nurse...refused his meds...wouldnt take a bath...ect......
i walked in the door.......and there he sat...smiling......i even got a laugh or two out of him......he talked.....and tonite he even tried to
feed himself.........he has never been able to do that since he came there........

the poor thing didn't know where she was all she wanted was pepsi she fell out of bed one night and the next day was her old self she knew everyone and was so alert but went back to the way she was next day,its sad to see people have to go thru that Linda
