YES! YES! YES! After many years of taking the hardcopy I now subscribe only to the on-line version. I can't possibly be without it and YES it tells you where to print on-line coupons and refund forms. Over the years I've subscribed to many refund bulletins, Refunding Cents is still out there after most of the others have bit the dust. She changes with the times just we must to take advantage of our profitable hobby. If you are in doubt, just take a six month subscription to begin. I have been a subscriber since the 80's, even had my picture and article in one of the magazines. I no longer get the print issue as most of it is on the on line version. But I get 99% of my good deals and info from their site. Try it I am sure you will not be disappointed.
