There was 1 cashier at each register...if even that. Most of them were standing there doing nothing.
I walked through the whole store but there was nothing that interested me. They have so many winter clothes and our weather here in AZ is Spring weather. It was 73 degrees today.
I asked about the Best Price items and the cashier pointed them out to me. She said that on the first Friday those items will be reduced again and other new items will be added to those Best Price racks.
There were only a very few shoppers in the store and they were buying very little if anything at all.
I wonder if this new concept is going to make it at JC Penney.

I hate buying bras. They are so expense.
I went to JCP on sat. They had mark downs last Friday. There
were alot of people shopping. More then I have every seen in
their at one time.
I found 7 bras for $2 each. Some rang up at $33..she had
to fix the price....Really didn't need 7...but with prices
like that you can't go wrong.
I also got my son a winter coat for next yr. It was $135 reg
price...best buy price $20.
Still have great deals without coupons.
