Sending some stuff from my mother in law's house to my Brother in law in Colorado -- I have 3 very big and heavy boxes so far...its going to cost an entire paycheck to mail them I think... Any suggestions???? These probably go 45 pounds?? No hurry at all to get them there, just want them to get there...

Look for a store that shipping is just a secondary thing...I ship out of a teachers supply store that also ships (and does taxes)....lol.....Most of the boxes i ship, i ship usps...parcel post.generally comparable to ups(tho that is quicker at times)....but more convient for me...

one thing..if you are shipping multiple boxes ups, to one location...they all have to go the same way(i.e) 3 rd etc...which is not always cost effective... 4|4|thanks, I'll have to look for one that ships -any ideas?|KELLYNEISH|KELLYNEISH@AOL.COM|16:14:34|02/05/2012|

try at staples they have service to ship for you but i do not know what carrier they use.

or office max , they do have DHL ahippint.

there are some carriers airborne, Bax or fedex ground

fedex ground may be cheaper than air? Try fedex ground.

You do not have to login. Just proceed to get a quote.

Remember, however, that some mail and ship stores add a surcharge if you have them processed at their stores instead of processing them online yourself.

You will need to have the weight and dimensions of the box. 8|1|Fedex Ground...and a Business address if possible|bluh2oeyes|bluh2oeyes@yahoo.com|18:17:31|02/05/2012|

I've mailed up to 100 lb boxes fedex ground...always cheaper to a business address than a home address so if a business address is an option then that will save you some money too.

Each additional box sent same day to the same place gets a slight break on pricing as well since they are box 1 of X, box 2 of X, etc.

Also cheaper to ship from a main "hub" of Fedex or UPS than a shipping store or location like a UPS store...they have to make a few bucks off ya so they cost more than a main Fedex or UPS location.

Lucky for me both Fedex and UPS are almost across the street from each other so once I do the quote online I know which location will cost what and go to the cheapest one for the weight and type/size box I have.
