Went to Dr. Mon. to get rx for my new prescript plan.
Gave girl list of medicine. Was told to come back 3;30.
Went back and she said may I help you. Told her came back to pick up rx's' Was told Dr' left and don't know anything. She asked the nurse she said she doesn't know.To make a long story short I said thanks I will get another DR.
No medicine for a few days. Have appt FRi with new DR. What would you do.

But I would still let the Doctor know what happened and that it isn't the first time.
And that is the reason your leaving. He should know when his girls are not doing there
job right.

think you did the right thing if this is a constant issue.
I recently had yearly lab work, then a doc check after, because the staff didn't tell the doctor I was wanting just routine stuff done, not diagnostic, now my insurance is not wanting to pay the 100 percent they are suppose to, all because it is coded wrong. Been fighting it for a month so far.
