I have a few questions...
I ordered coupons from a good trader..very nice lady.
The coupons didn't come. I am sure she mailed them. I have traded
with her in the pass. I beleive they got lost...since they didn't
show up.
She mailed them a week ago. I sent paypal. She was nice enough to
mail the coupons before I sent paypal. It took me a day or two to get
paypal over to her, had to wait for funds to transfer to my acct.
So she was nice enough to mail them right away. Like I said she is a nice lady.
My question is...is it right to ask for a refund if the coupons
don't get here after a week?
She refunded my money..but by the email from her, I should have
not asked for a refund for a week or two.
I know I have mailed cash, stamps, and coupons in the passed yrs. I couple
env. didn't make it. So I just resent them. No questions asked.
I was not trying to say the trader lied about mailing them, I trust her. Just
never got the coupons. So I figured it was the right thing to do was ask for a
refund.
How long should I wait for a trade to show up? Not trying to upset anyone.
Was I wrong to ask? Should I get send the paypal back to her? Since it is not
her fault they got lost?

Maybe she is willing to resend or credit you on account for future coupons.
I can't see her getting mad about it unless this has happen before with the same
trader .

before emailing the trader.
She has refunded my money. I will resend it to her, if they
show up.
I normally get all my trades in 3-4 days.
