Do you have trouble using the winetags and beertags that say nwpn and nbpn? I have trouble every time I use them, even when it says clearly that no wine or beer purchase is necessary in PA. I almost don't want to trade for these anymore because of the hassle. The cashiers aren't familiar with them, sometimes there is a huge picture of beer or wine on them and they just can't wrap their minds around it. Wouldn't take them and the confusion of getting the stuff found in bags and taken off order. Too much for me so don't try to use any more Lucy

and they have bottles of beer on them...first thing the lady said was, this is for beer, you can't use it here (sorry to be blunt, but DUH, they don't even sell beer in the grocery stories in PA...lol)! She was fine once I pointed out the wording, but it happens every single time. If they don't beep, they sometimes won't say anything (unless there's a big ole picture of a wine bottle splattered across the tag), but if they beep then they usually question them and call the manager over to find out if they're ok.
What I always say, and it seems to work, is that they are prohibited from distributing them at beer stores in PA and that's why they don't usually see them, but there is no law against accepting them at the grocery stores.
I definitely don't trade for them as much as I once did because the cashiers kind of make you feel like you're trying to pull one over on them or something.
