The strangest thing is that I posted on fb this morning, this verse:

Joel 2:21
Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.

Maybe that was for you today. :) 4|4|TY maybe it was :) Im the type of person who always believes every thing happens for a reason but this |Mumzie|luckiestbamboo2@aol.com|11:23:53|01/11/2012|

I can never see a reason in the middle of hard things either, its always after the fact. I guess that is why we can't see it, so we trust Him. Sometimes when it looks the worst is when God is about to do something wonderful, hang in there. He seems to come and rescue me at what I would think is the very last hour but it is right on time, His perfect timing.

This is what I read when I am really afraid and it helps me so much. During some of my darkest days, Psalm 91 gave me hope and I pray it does for you too:

Psalm 91

1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Unless your lease states your occupancy is contingent on the house being listed for sale or sold, I don't believe your landlord can legally make you vacate til your lease is up in April.
Sorry you're dealing w/this.

Smile... it makes people wonder what you're up to!

Please identify yourself in 1st email w/name/username. Due to recent problem trades, if I haven't traded w/you before, I will probably require you send your end 1st or I'll need LEGIT trade references/feedback. I will be happy to provide the same. IF you plan to hold your end til you've received mine, I will need to know that IMMEDIATELY, BEFORE trade is finalized.

If you're happy w/our trade, please leave feedback for me at:

I'll gladly do the same for you upon request.:)

in order to protect herself! I will NOT be living here while shes showing the house. I suffer from MASSIVE anxiety and panic attacks so this whole thing has me really upset. Seems like shes worried about us just moving out and leaving her high and dry but
its ok for her to do what shes doing. Im at the point where I dont give a care about her and we have to take care of us. We have to move when we find a place because there arent many houses for rent and we need to stay in the same town because of schooling.

Its just a dirty rotten thing for her to have done. 8|3|:( So sorry --- please see inside for advice...|Sara_s_Mom|IClipCoupons@gmail.com|13:34:27|01/11/2012|

She would need to disclose to anyone she is selling it to that it's a rental property. And, the buyer would need to assume your lease. That's not to say he/she would renew it when the term ended, however.

At closing, any security deposits that you paid would need to be transferred to the new owner. If she is truly going to sell it, maybe you could ask her to refund the security deposit now so that you can find somewhere else. She may be willing to do so since it would probably be preferable to sell a vacant house. That way, the house (if you have the whole thing/it's not a duplex) would appeal to more people, not just investors looking to buy up a house and be a landlord.

Unfortunately, most of the time the owners don't have to tell you these things :( You should be grateful that you learned about it well before any sign got stuck up in the yard. But do ask her pointed questions about the security deposit if there is any.
