If they are removed from the litter too early they will have trouble with socialization with other dogs later on.   You might want to talk it over with your husband and think about waiting a little longer.<P>I love German Shepards.  I grew up with one (I was two when my family got her and she was a puppy,  We were best friends.)<BR>They are wonderful dogs and I hope yours gives your family a lot of love and fun.
