The lawsuit maybe makes me look a little silly ... like I'm filing a law suit to get my .30 back but it was the principle of the matter. They refused to stop charging tax after I wrote them, after I emailed a copy of RSMo 144.083 AND after the MO Attorney General wrote them a letter. Sandy
