I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I emailed both names I was given. Shane answered once, said I was refunded my money for 2 cards but it is still not in my account from 12/19. I have not received my auto zone card from November, my Papa Johns certificate opens with "this link is no longer valid or available" and "there are no more certificates for this offer".
I emailed them again this evening. I feel strongly we need to ALL email the better business bureau about this issue. It is not different than Garnet with traders who do not send their end. We trusted this company to honor their end and they just keep making excuses, saying they mailed or credit items but nothing comes through.
Did anyone get their Papa Johns? this one really bugs me as you do not have to wait for a card in the mail but the certificate isnt valid 1|1|I STILL don't have my Subway GC from 11/11. I WANTED to order their Burger King deal....but don't want to throw away another $5. I got Shane's response that they mailed 12/23. Ummmm, it is 1/5. said he took care of refunding my card. I got $5 for the subway card, no other credits. they actually removed one of my gift cards from my account. i was lucky i copied all the info or what proof woud I have other then a fee on my charge. He never addressed the missing auto zone and papa johns that does not work. i emailed 3 more times with no reply
they stink big time!!!!
I wanted the cabellas card but give up, I wont get it so why bother and they dont refund the $$ so it is just not worth the frustraing. I am closing my account once I get all my $$ back. scammers
