Geez what a joke. I live in an area in mid- CA where doubling is very rare. Finally a break! Haha! This week our Kmart is doubling! What a joke! You have to purchase $25 in grocery or drugstore merchandise before you can use your doubled coupons and you are only limited to 5 coupons per customer per day! Wow! Thank you Kmart!:-\

the few times I have decided to participate in it, the prices were double than target or walmart or cvs....then they either don't have sufficient stock, and then to add insult to injury the cashiers are NEVER informed so they have no clue about the double coupons, etc.

In the 80s, several stores in mid CA doubled. I dont know how we wouldv gotten by without the double coupon shopping and id save at least 80%! Now its just my DH and i but anyway, use to be stores like Savemart, Albertsons and later, Vons anf Ralphs. Sure miss it. Its like pulling teeth trying to find even one good deal a week. If i do, i try and stock up as much as i can.

double coupons like $1.00 to $2.00 it is sure save money to get great food or medical or frozen or soda.
now i stopped checking to see if any good deal. i only buy i want to use coupon.
right now at VONS there is sale 1.00 for blistel lip with .25/1 so double to .50 and it only save .50 cent each lip.
i feel that i do not care of cost on everything right now so i pay regular price unless there is VONS club card it save little money.
