Sounds like this one offered coupons to those who didn't qualify for the entire survey. Then those who did qualify and got through the pre-screen, were offered to answer more questions for the $10. If you did the whole survey and ended up with nothing, it is because they filled quota and didn't take the survey offline, I hate when they do that!
