So, 17 days ago, some USPS worker in NJ sent my box to Brazil (addressed for Israel -- they're close, right? NOT!). It passed through customs 10 days ago. But it's still in Brazil. USPS says hmmm, we have to wait to hear from Brazil - this will take time, we can't control Brazil. Basically, @$#^ happens is the message I'm getting. So, let me get this straight. A USPS worker screwed up but I have to be patient cuz @$#^ happens. Yeah, no, I don't think so. $100 in postage for a 17 pound box that was clearly addressed with a printed set of customs papers (the other box made it fine) and this cannot get to its "guaranteed" destination (which is what the commercial on TV just said for priority mail anywhere in the world).
