I didn't get out for any of the 5AM or 6AM openings, but I was on my way by 7AM. I have never seen anything like it! One store had 70% off all toys and an additional $10/$25 coupon. By the time I got there, the toy shelves were literally EMPTY! Parking lots were full, long line-ups at every cash, people were BUYING OUT all the post-Christmas bargains! One woman even grabbed something out of MY cart and took off with it! It was the only one of something I really wanted:( I can't believe the nerve of some people!
Last year there was lots left for further discounts of 75% etc at stores like Target. NOT this year!! Only the undesirable, well picked-over stuff remains! It was like it was the last shopping day on Earth, and EVERYONE was out for all they could get! What recession??? Or did these people just wait until the 26th to shop for Christmas?
If you went, I hope you found lots of great deals!! Post some exciting details!! I still got some awesome stuff, but now I know, I have to get up even earlier to really clean-up!

I too was in the stores by 7 am. Stayed until mid afternoon. It was more crowed some places than others. Found some good bargains. I think too most was picked over by noon. I think it is the sign of the times/economy. More people have to buy on sale. 3|2|I can't believe someone took something out of your cart!
