Well, I went to b7bw and got my xmas shopping done.. i only bought people small gifts.. everyone understands as I havent gotten a dime STILL since 11-18.. this is ridiculous.. Why I ever loved or married him is beyond me, he become someone I dont even know anymore.. he told me today thru text that he is getting and lawyer and they are gonna make me sign the divorce papers.. so I dont know.. still havent heard anything from disability.. Im at my wits end here.. I made Christmas cookies today... thru tears because I am depressed and wish things were so much better than what they are.. the money situation is killing me.. i have 2 payments from his unemployment waiting to be released in my account... And the state nor DRS knows when the funds will be released.. sigh.. one was in his account 12-8 and the other 12-14.. neither of them have been released to me yet.. and god only knows when they will.. there was a contempt hearing today that I dont think he went to (I didnt have to be there and had no ride so I didnt go) and DRS wouldnt tell me if he went or not.. Im hoping to get in the holiday spirit, but it hasnt happened so far.. I was in it monday for awhile, while shopping, but then became depressed again afterward.. I know my family doesnt expect much for Christmas becuase of my situation, but I wont even have a present to open this year.. Carl and I spent like $600 on each other for Christmas, and last year was so depressing when he bought me nothing, and this year will be the same.. I am like a kid at Christmas.... and it wont happen again this year :( Oh well.. at least my family will have something to open... I alos bought myself a few small things with the GC because I feel I deserve them.. I bought a pocketbac (mini hand sanitizer) in Brownie Mix scent, and my lips are chapped so I bought myself a Gingerbread latte and coconut butter lipglosses.. I should wrap them and put them under the tree.. lol.. my cats would probaly eat them they are so small.... LOL..

This time of year so many are having it difficult.....I've had Christmas' in the past that were tough....and it was hard, but I had to keep reminding myself it wasn't about the presents and I did other things to appreciate the time...but I know how hard it can be.

have some wonderous idea to give you something. I mean, he really cannot make you do it. I spent 1 Christmas almost entirely alone, I had my Mackie. The idiot I was with broke up with me the week before Christmas like 12 or 13 years ago. My brother lived out on Long Island in Montauk and my Mom,then 24 year old Amy and other family was going there. I had to work the next day so I stayed alone, no one knew I was alone, I hadn't told them about Billy. At first, I was so miserable and I have to say Kandy, that afterawhile, it was so very freeing, experiencing the day for what it really was, a religious holiday. I became a little hooked on watching all of the various Christmas Carol movies. It's in your heart dear girl and be happy, joyous and free! Maybe you could wrap up a few of those Christmas cookies and give them in little packets to some older neighbors that may not have family? Can you imagine how happy they would be and your heart would be just singing Kandy. That will fill you with the Christmas Spirit. Giant, huge, hugs to you Kandy girl.

I too have spent some Christmas' alone with no partner and my son with his dad......though lonely at times, there were a few things I did cherish....relaxing in my apartment, reading a great book and sipping cocoa was something I loved to do.

I am thrilled beyond relief that my DD is able to come home this year for Christmas.
