I always have bad luck with cars. My brand new car, bought in September (actually leased, I can't afford the purchase payments), is in the shop because the heat doesn't work and it is 20 degrees outside, darn it!

I can't stand it, every single new car I have had in the last 20 years ends up in the garage for something wrong within the first 6 months! Don't any of the companies make a decent car right the first time anymore!!! I had 6 used cars before I had kids (back in my teens and 20s) and those things ran til they were smashed (three different cars parked in front of 3 different houses hit by drunks and totaled, I do not have luck with cars!) These were cars built in the late 60's early 70s. Got my first brand new car in 1989, and not a one has made it 6 months without a "warranty" issue.

Thanks, Sue Edelmann

The quality just isn't the same as years ago. My Dad passed away a while back but always told me to buy older cars, the ones without the computers in them. Good for me too because I could never buy a new car and probably never will.

For the prices they charge for new cars, you shouldn't have any trouble at all. Sorry to hear that Sue, that isn't right at all. 2|1|Knock on wood....I have had really good luck with new cars.....my Caravan is 7 yrs old, still runs great....the only thing I've had done to it is maintenance stuff (tires, brakes, etc)....I think I am needing a muffler soon though, it's starting to rumble a bit. Thank goodness you have the warranty, that's the nice thing about a new car :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|19:25:11|12/13/2011|
