Here are quite a few links to get you started.
Some of these links you will have to complete some info or click the appropriate link.
I would do the first link below online to see what you're eligible for.
Then, I would contact each and every link and tell your situation and see if they can help you.
IF they say they can't, ask them if they know of an organization that can.
I would really look into some housing help. A...It would get your family back under the same roof
and B...would help immensely with Food Stamp Assistance as well as TANF Assistance.
If you don't have medical insurance for you or your children, apply through the TANF link
as well.
I would also contact any Churches in your area as well.

I know you said you used to get food stamps, but I would reapply saying that you are staying at various friends house and that you are in need of housing, food and medical aid for you and your children.
