It will just be me, hubby, daughter, my mom, my brother and his girlfriend. Looking for something quick and easy that I can make that day or the night before and just reheat.
Menu so far:
Ham and Biscuits or Rolls
Sausage Balls
Krispy Kreme Snowman Doughnuts
Pepper Jack Hashbrown Casserole(my mom bringing)
Any ideas would be great!

Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal (also called Amish Oatmeal)
serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups regular (not quick-cooking) oats (You can also use steel cut oats if you like)
4 cups water (I actually use 3 cups water and 1 cup half and half)
4 tbs butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup raisins or dates
1/2 cup chopped nuts--pecans or almonds are terrific in this!
Combine all ingredients in crockpot the night before. Cover; cook on low overnight. Serve in the morning.
I add a little more half and half on top when serving.
