The most I ever won was $10,000 back in 2001. It was a true blessing from God too because about a month after I won it, my husband passed away. God knew I would be a widow with two children and the money really helped because he died without any insurance at all. I had a funeral bill to pay and also had the loss of his income, I had no idea how needed that money would be when I won it.
The most recent cool thing that I won was a huge candy bucket from Dylan's Candy Bar in NYC. It came in a huge box and weighed over 15 pds!! There was no note with it at all and I enter so many sweeps that I never found out where it came from, just showed up on my porch. It was so neat too, had old-time candy bars like SkyBars, Big Cherry and all those candies I remember from my childhood. I still have the tin bucket it came in, it is a CandyLand game bucket that says "a sweet little game for sweet little folks". It is the neatest thing, I am saving it for my daughter to have one day for her to keep candy in it for her children. It is just too adorable.

I nearly fell out of my chair when I got the email that I won the $10k, could not believe it!! That was when I wasn't entering very much at all. And nobody believed it was actually a legit thing until I got the check. LOL But yes, a great blessing. I still have a printout of that old email, just to remember.
The other night I won an instant on MCR, my first ever win on there. It was for two AMC tickets but I won't use them at all, it says they are worth $29 so I will probably trade for those.

I don't really keep track of my wins a whole lot, I probably should for those times when there is a dry spell. To keep me going. I used to subscribe to sweepsheet and I am thinking of doing it again, I like the mail-ins because not many do those, due to the cost of postage and all. Yes, lots of spam and promo emails but usually when you enter you can opt-out. I love the promo mails for more sweeps and for shopping deals too. I don't mind them at all. When a certain company sends way too much then I just unsub.
Oh, about not winning...you just have to stick with it. I can enter for months without a win and then a lot of wins all at once. I know a lot get discouraged when they don't win after spending a few weeks entering but if you keep entering the wins will most likely come. A lot of sweepstakes are slow to notify winners too and most prizes won't ship until the promotion ends. So it can be months from when your name was pulled as winner until you get the prize. Some sweepstakes redemption companies are better than others, eprize has always been great as well as Don Jagoda. A lot of variables from the sponsors too and reading the rules is a must because you want to be sure you won't be disqualified. For example, the sweeps is one entry only and you you mistakenly enter twice...some will throw out your entry for that. All in the rules which are different from sponsor to sponsor.
Some sweeps for say a free trip will have a cash option and some won't. I won a dishwasher once from GE and I was renting and couldn't accept the prize so they said I could pick out anything else I might want, up to 1,100 (the price of the dishwasher I won). I laughed and told her that I honestly just need a microwave, she said well you can have the very best one we make. So I picked it out, their most expensive one and it didn't come to 1,100 so she said keep shopping and get whatever else you need up to 1,100. So I did, they were just so wonderful. Other sponsors might have said "too bad" in the rules it says you cannot substitute the prize, etc.

I had, like, 3 min to take a cart and grab everything I wanted. If it got in the cart, I got to keep it.
They let my 7 year old son run around the store with me and grab stuff.
One customer grabbed a HUGE 22 lb turkey and some other meat and dropped them in my cart. Said "Sorry! I just HAD TO!!" The store let him do it.
It was great fun!
