i cannot believe husband has been off all this time and we are still battling that stupid unemployment........
at first they had the amount screwed up he was supposed to draw........we went and took all his check stubs..ect......to them
they change it in their system told him to call it in.........we did.......we should have gotten it at the lastest yesterday.........well
thats came and gone......still didnt come in todays mail.......so now i guess we gotta run out gas money that we dont have to drive 30 miles one way...to argue
with the dumb---s again......and then god knows when we MIGHT get a check!!
I still havent finished shopping for my boys....and by the time that check ever reaches us.......its gonna take it and another one
just to cover my bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am sooooooo dang aggriviated at his stupid company for having a layoff at this time of yr.......when they have told them all along that they had
lotsssss of work coming up.......well i wonder what that meant........coming up next yr...or the next!!!!!!

His case is still pending because the employeer hasn't verified anything yet. -- He was her business manager - she never fills anything and always fights it. He was let go because she couldn't afford to keep him any longer.
What makes the matter worse is that he got no pink slips or anything so they only proof we have that he is not working is the letter that he applied for unemployeement. -- So everything else we are trying to get to help us out until he finds something is also pending. -- It really sucks because we have 3 children.

funding. I think we are going to see more and more layoffs due to these companies, employers can not pay all those
funds out. :( Very sad to say.
I hope you fight because the unemployment was paid in by the company, I HOPE ANYWAYS.
What really burns my butt, is say you work at one place for 30+ years, and have never drawn the unemployment. All that money
that the government has been getting, over all the 30+ yrs, goes towards the next person in line. I have always wondered
about all those years of someone working and not drawing, if they needed it. Thinking maybe the government is dipping into
that fund as well??? It really stinks. :((
Hang in there, times are tough everywhere you go/look. I haven`t had a job for going on almost two weeks, but being self employed
and not being INC, I can not draw the unemplyment because it was not paid in. It really stinks.........

bills dont need to be paid...and food purchased..ect......
glad i used the tide cps overage to get the grandkids presents....so at least thats done

Even if he quit, he is still intitled to the funds, but just takes longer. They were paid in by the employer., which
is why soo many companies can not afford to keep that many workers, if they can not match every dollar they make.
Our company used to employ 9 workers, but about 10 yrs ago, just could not afford to match every dollar they earned, plus
we even paid for the health insurance.
Like I said, going to see more & more of this. Now, they are finding that alot of companies haven`t been paying in, so
they are being sued and going bankrupt. :( Very sad to say.
You will get thur this. I go thur it every winter when I am down to ZIP for work. I try my best to plan ahead all year, but
the years go by so quick.

we still didnt get the unemployment check.......mail dont run here till around 2 oclock.....we called off and on all day....trying to get someone to check on it
one tells us to wait till mail comes...see if we get it.........another one was supposed to call us back..........
finally i call back to the # we called it in on.......and it says........they have NOOOOO record of us calling in a claim....(we called it in on the day they told us too)
then we try to claim it again...since they have no record........wont let us do that because...its been over 3 wks since it was orginally opened.......
and of course..........they arent opened tomorrow........sooooooo wont be able to go in till wednesday morning......which absolutly bites!!!!!
