Hi Everyone! Trying to cheer myself up and get into the holiday Spirit.. I put me tree up on Black Friday and havent turned the lights off since then (Cant wait to see this electric bill lol)
I was able to contact Catholic Social Services for a Food basket for Christmas, I dont know what is in it, but it will help.. I am very Thankful for that.. So at least Christmas shouldnt be as bad as Thanksgiving was!
As for the money situation, it is worse, he hasnt paid me since 11/18.. but tomorrow I am supposed to get an unemployment payment of $176.. How does he expect me to live off of this.. it just sucks.. My electric bill is up to $314, just dont have the funds to pay it.. The $176 has to go for my phone and some toilet paper and the rest has to go towards my Fire Insurance which is $215.. so I am never gonna get ahead.. unless the court makes him start paying, there is a hearing on Dec 15th.. He wants me to cancel it, but the only way I am cancelling it is if I get a payment from him, which I havent received.. and he has no vehicle, so they will issue a bench warrant for his arrest.. Then I wont get any money at all.. I cant win for losing.. but I dont want to cancel the hearing.. I dont know what to do there.. I can not attend the hearing, but I do not have to be there, it is a contempt hearing for him..
We got snow last night which put me a lil in the Christmas Spirit, and my first Christmas Card from AngNC, so that cheered me up!! :)
Well enough of me rambling, just wanted to update those who care.. which I know there are so many that do.. please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that things get better.. I hate borrowing all this money from my mom, she is doing without for me :(
