Just wanted to let you all know be careful when shopping online at kohls. I tried today to place an order
but my card was rejected,didnt have enough funds I guess but they did take ALL the money I did have
on the card and it will be "held" for a few business days!!! OMG I am sooooo pissed! So they took my money even though
the order didnt go through and said rejected!
Before I knew what the problem was I tried another card because I
thought it was just a glitch but guess what? They took all that money I had on the card and that
order also was rejected AND DIDnt go through!!!! I had this problem with them before with a gift card. I tried to use the gc but the order didnt go through but they did take the $50 so I had to call them and they put it right back on the gc.
so now I have OVER $70+ of my own money on "hold" from kohls :(!!!
oh and the customer service is NO service at all! Just a run around!

usually take several days. I love that they can charge you card right away... but when you need a refund they make you wait 3-5 days! Having only a debit card to use this year has been tough... because I'm waiting on several credits on my account for items I found cheaper elsewhere. We also had a company charge us for something in error... and we've been waiting 4 days for reimbursement... and they charge the account $1 before as like a test transaction! REALLY? Charge me more when you already charged me in error.

Well after hrs and hrs of fighting to get my money back looks like GREEN DOT is to blame!
OMG I wouldnt never ever use them again! They took my money and are holding it. Its going to take days before
they give it back to me. How is this allowed???? I have no idea!
Sooooo many complaints against them! I thought it was a good card but I am so wrong! They can take your money,and from the looks of things this happens OFTEN! and give it back when they feel like it! The play the run around game. 2xs they gave me the wrong fax #. Like if you pay for something at a store then you change your mind right away and return it, that money takes a few days to clear.

tried to blame it on kohls when kohls had nothing to do with it. Its just a run around game they are playing now.Ive never had this happen before. not all banks are like that with debit cards. My bank actually PAYS ME $.20 each time I use my debit card and they reverse ALL fees using any foreign ATM machines AND I get interest on my checking acct the debit card is used from. My card can be ran as credit or debit w/ the VISA logo on it as well. I can also each month choose the 'highlighted' businesses each month to earn money back when I buy from those businesses in that month. I rarely rent videos but a month or so Red Box was highlighted for the month..I choose and rented 2 x and got paid $.80 each time so actually only cost me $.20 to rent a video. I can't complain cuz they are paying me all the way around to use the debit card vs checks.
