I only realized it because, I used my last can of pumpkin tonight, and not to long ago, I had twelve. Going to have to go on a pumpkin run in the morning. I'm thinking even if you buy the whole/fresh or canned sweet potatoes they could easily be pureed in the blender & then used like that?
