What is the best way to determine postage on a coupon envelope without taking to the PO? I have about 145 coupons to mail and was thinking 3 stamps or one stamp per 50 coupons.

o And I think for thicker envies you have to add postage for hand stamping, as it will not go through there machine.

they only cost a few dollars. It really depends on the coupons themselves, but roughly, $.44 for around 50 coupons plus $.20 each additional 50 coupons and then if the envelope is on the thicker side, another $.20 for the thickness. So for 145, I would say $.84 as an estimate and if the envelope is over 1/4 inch in thickness, then $1.04. But again, it all depends on the size of the coupons. If they are all small-ish coupons, it will be less then if they are on the larger side.

I was afraid to mail without weighing so I took it to the PO to weight it and the scale said .84. Thanks.
