There's already a Winter Storm Watch out for areas around me, for tomorrow night into Weds. :( Right now, my county isn't included in the Watch but that could change by the time things start to hit the fan. Even w/out the Watch for my area, we're still expected to get something, just not as much. Prediction is for up to 6" of heavy, wet snow.
Hoping it doesn't amount to anymore than that & that it doesn't cause too much trouble.....
ETA: On a happier note: I had my check-up today & have lost 4 lbs. in 3 mos. Had lost 1 lb. at my last check-up so that totals 5 lbs. I've lost in 6 months! Maybe not alot but for me, the main thing is I've actually LOST a few lbs. instead of gaining it. Made my day! :)

The storm system has shifted so now includes my area getting the worst of it, & the areas north of me that were in the original Watch are no longer supposed to get that much. And it's been changed to a Winter Weather Advisory. I KNEW we had to be in for it cuz I woke up shortly after midnight last night & my teeth were telling me something was coming. Goes to show my teeth are better storm trackers than the good 'ol doppler radar. :-p

The main road doesn't look too bad w/just some slush on it but everything else has a good covering on it so no grass visible. Side roads migh be a little iffy tho. Hoping the trees & power lines hold up..... It's supposed to turn to all rain again this afternoon, but for now, it's a nice, bright white out there.
No schools around here are cancelled or delayed but some delayed in neighboring states.
