In the KC area Target has gone to 90% off Halloween except for candy and it's 70% off. Walmart had a ton of items all in buggies up front and everything in the buggies was .10 each. Some of the costumes in the carts were originally $20 - $30 but all for ONE THIN DIME!! I did pick up a few dollar spot items for .30 - fall-type sticky notes and kid books.
The EC shows really bring out the weirdos.

and there was still stuff i did not touch....tons of candy corn, and huge bags of candy...am trying not to bring anymore junk in(did buy 2 earlier in the week at 50%)
sure there was other stuff....but too tired to think.....thanks Miss Kristy for nudging me to go...i had fun....
