They've been taking a monthly payment out of our acct for the last 3 or 4 months. Yesterday we got <BR>a certified letter saying we needed to pay up by the end of the month, the whole balance, because they never received payments and have "no agreement" with us. They don't even realize they have an automatic payment set up for us. Grrr....now I have to sit on the phone with them about it.
