here goes:
my son a few months ago started seeing this girl. and i absolutely love here! she is the best, just like a daughter to me, heck she even calls me mom. well the thing is she was adopted by her family whne she was 4. well i had met her parents and something just was not right. sometimes they would drop her off at my house and she would be crying hard and they would just walk out and say they would be back for her later. they never even told me why she was crying. well i know she is very emotional and was always fighting with her mom but seemed to get along ok with ther dad. he told me one time that she had adhd and had emotional problems. she wouldnt truly confide in me but would tell my son things. i tried getting it out of my kid but he didnt want too cause of fear it would upset his girlfriend.
well she finally confided in me. her dad was touching here and her mom was beating her!!!!!!
i know, there is always 2 sides and kids can lie, but i always knew with how emotional she was that something was wrong big time. she couldnt take it anymore and told her couselor at school. well he called cps and they took her away from those people thnks God, and are doing hearings ect. that poor girl!!! her mother while the police were standing there would only let her take a couple things. well i would take to her while she is at her foster parents and she didnt hardly have anything to wear or anything else and the mother refused to let her come back and get anything. cps even didnt seem concerned and the poor girl didnt even have money in her lunch account at school.
i have NO money and i took money from my bills to get her somethings becuase i believe it is the right thing too do. its been freezing here in PA and she just had a light hoodie with her. i bought her a winter coat, undies socks bras,toiletries ect... poor girl even asked me if i could get her some tampons as she didnt have any of that :((:((
it just makes me so sad. i hate taking away from bill money but in my heart of hearts i know its the right thing to do to hep this girl. i pack a lunch for her everyday and my son give it to her. i would have thought CPS would get her money in her lunch account and buy here things she needs but i guess since she was just put in a foster home and they are still conducting an investigation she has to wait.
she knows i love here and will be here for her and when she turns 18 in a little over a year she has a place to stay with me, i willl never turn my back on her
oh i wanted to ask if anyone has any tampons cheap or stockpiles for girls please let me
know she could use just about everything

I'm sorry to hear this sad sad story and I dont stockpile or I would for sure send stuff but I can tell you that I know for a fact that all children in foster homes qualify for free lunches automatically so the foster parents to be filling the application filled out and turned in asap so she can be getting food at school, if her school serves breakfast she would also beable to get the breakfast free as well so that would be 2 meals she could eat a day.

A lot of times those places will have essentials like tampons and deodorant and even clothes and school supplies. I'm sure that given her circumstance she'd be able to qualify for it. 4|1|Wow I am so sorry to hear this girlie, that is just horrible :( What size clothes does she wear? I do home daycare. I thought about doing foster care. Might take in a foster child when
my 18 yr old son moves out from home. If he ever does lol.
I beleive foster care homes get paid to take care of foster child. They should be getting
what the child needs.
I feel sad for her. No child should go through that. Well say a prayer that god
looks out for her.

its against the law in calif for a childs belongings to be kept from them anything given to a child is theres cps will giver her,totes,duffl bags,trash bags and she can get all her belongings even bedroom furnature if need,when she is placed into a foster home they are give a alotment of extra money for bedding ,mdress furnate winter clothing shoes ,i had a foster daughter it took almost 1 year to get her belongings from her mother so it may take time make sure if she wants her stuff to tell her social worker,counsler the more people she tells that she wants her stuff the better it will be,i had another that we were escorted by sherriff to the home and we had 15 mon to get what she wanted and the mother had to wait outside!!!!!!
