Wow! I sent an envie to the next town over from me and it took 16 days to get there, I could've driven that envie and got it there in about 15 minutes. Geez!!!!!! We keep paying higher prices and the service seems to get slower and slower...Maybe they need to bring back Pony Express...LOL...Sorry my lil rant for the day...

I wonder what is to come. :( The sorting process was changed around here last wkend - our mail carriers now have to travel to the next town, sort all our local mail & bring it back here for delivery. Doesn't make sense to me when we have a PO right in town here. It affects the time of day our mail is now delivered but that's the least of the worries cuz there's also been extensive talk of closing the main PO in the big city & sending all our mail to the next state over which would then take an extra 2-3 days for 1st class mail delivery. Increasing costs & less quality - seems it's getting to be the norm w/everything. :(

The meeting to decide was held just last night, & it was decided to close it. :( I don't know right now when it'll be closing but it's not good news for my area & many of the surrounding areas as that's our main PO.

Took two weeks for them to find it.
We are now also getting mail with our address on it, but our neighbors names and the neighbors are having the same exact problem.
Our local PO, less than a mile away is now just a delivery drop off. Our mail is sent to a PO over 20 minutes away and then sent back here.
What a mess.
