Just spent yesterday in the ER room with a xtra severe hypertension headache. My bp was running 180 over 110. Took 5 hrs of being monitored and some really good pain shots to get me where i could see straight again. Funny thing is, i have only (MOnday) been told i had high blood pressure and given meds for it. ANY way just would like my friends on here to think of me from time to time today. They said it may happen again today. I am trying to be good and chill but everyone knows that it is hard to do. 1|1|Oh my, I hope they instructed you to follow up with your primary doc.....when starting a new med like that, follow up is very important to getting it to work optimally for you :) Is the doc having you check your BPs a few times a day and keeping a log of them to report back to him? I'll send up a prayer that the meds gets the BP under control, and no more of those excruciating headaches! |saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|09:38:16|10/29/2011|

sometimes meds have to be changed. With BP that high you can't miss around w/ it.
Hope you feel well soon.
