My husband hit a deer last night on his way home from work. The car is totaled but the air bag came on and he did not have a scratch on him, ( I am so thankful.) I was on my way home from being out of town at the same time and was on the phone with my mom, she is telling me to watch out for deer and I was just telling her how I had not seen as many as we normally do this time of year.
It happened near a car repair shop, and the guy came to check on him, and bought the van from him, and gave him a ride home, lol. so didn't even have to pay to have it towed away. Bad thing is he just filled the tank yesterday morning.

we go back and forth to the orthodontist there. Long way for your boys to have to travel for a game, hope they did well.
I am so thankful he was ok too, he spends a lot of hours on the road with work, and I had a feeling yesterday, when I was traveling. Made sure I left an I love you message on his phone, very thankful it was not the that last one.
Those deer can be a scary thing to deal with, and they look so sweet and harmless.
