The International House of Pancakes is beginning its Halloween festivities early as it offers kids 12 years-old and younger a free " Count Spatula Scary Face" pancake on Oct. 28.
From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., kids eating at participating IHOPs nationwide will be treated to a complimentary Halloween hotcake as a part of IHOP's "No Tricks � Just Treats" program, designed to provide kids with a safe and fun event for Halloween.
