I just had a young kid at my door selling popcorn, & I have NO idea who the kid even was.
I seen this reddish car slow way down & then this little blonde haired boy comes running up to my front door. Couldn't have been no more than 8-9 yrs. old. He's selling popcorn, likely for Boyscouts. Granted, this isn't exactly gangsta country but geez! My son was in scouts at that age & the kids AND us parents were specifically told NOT to go door to door to people they didn't know; only friends, family & neighbors they KNEW. I'm sure this kid had no clue who lived here or who I was, & I didn't know him, the car or driver from Adam.

frankly, I don't do the door to door thing.....but if I did, you can bet it would NEVER be without me by her side. 2|1|Geez, even my 17 yr old boys and their football teammates were instructed by the coaches to work in groups of at least 3 to sell their fundraiser item this year...they do go to homes they dont know people, but they are all strapping young men and working in groups for safety.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|19:41:44|10/23/2011|
