On the news last night it said that Kroger was puting a limit on 5 alike because people are using coupons to clean the shelves off. They are blameing it on the program extreme couponing. You can still use as many coupons as you want but only 5 of 1 kind

And Lowes Foods has always had a 4 like coupon limit for as long as I have shopped there. That's been their corporate rule.
Our Kroger stores have different limits depending on which Kroger you go to. One has a 2 like coupon limit the other I haven't pushed past 4 like coupons and haven't had any problems with 4 like coupons. I've been told in the past the Kroger limit can be set by the store manager so people don't clear the shelves.

They lifted their limits, etc. to do the show and they have made many statements that they regret participating in the EX show.
Several local paper articles have been out and every one says Lowes is so sorry for doing the show.
