a person she knows is working and drawing SSI but reports that she is not working but gets money from working from either cash or someone else getting her money on thier check and they give her the money
is this right ?? can it be done or does she need to be reported
she knows where she works and she knows that she gets SSI and gets food stamps on the SSI amount not her working amount
also her friend was the persons payee till she got mad at her and now has knocked her off of all that
just curious at what thots you have on this
personally i think she is committing fraud but she wanted some other opinions before she put in a report
if you have dealt with issues like this before any input would be great
she is torn about the way this girl is doing
my friend is on disability and is told that she can't work and here this other girl is getting govt money and working too

that is what the want,that way you will be paying into SS.
But she might get into trouble if found "working under the table"
