A few years back I found the BEST slippers for my special needs daughter on vent. Found them at Walmart actually but now of course can't find them anywhere. Little did I know I would really need them or would have bought 10 pair! They are childrens size zip up house slippers. She can't wear other types..believe me..have bought a LOT of different ones and usually she just can't get them on her feet as she can't bend her feet to get them on..too tight at top etc. and velco ones..stuff gets stuck on the velcro and the slippers are trash in a short time as she is in her bed on vent so fuzzies from blanket etc get stuck on them quickly. Anyhoo..the zipper just broke this morning on her pink pair of slippers and one blue pair she has worn a hole in the side of the slipper so now down to just one pair. :( Realize.. she wears these with socks 24/7 as she has really bad circulation and her feet get very cold otherwise.

They have a small (5-6) ladies (choose color 1st. Then it'll let you select a size). But I was thinking that if all else fails, maybe try contacting the Dream Products company directly. Since your daughter has health issues & the slippers help w/one of those health issues, the company might be willing to re-adjust some of the cost of the slippers.

a little person..still wears kids size shoes and would 'swim' in the bigger ladies sizes :( I appreciate you trying to help though. I'm always scouting around here when I see someone post they're looking for something specific & can no longer find in their area. My area always seems to be last when it comes to the turn-around of stocking new stuff so I figure maybe if it's no longer in stock elsewhere, it may very well still be in stock here, kwim?

hopefully can find some decently priced as well. Newman sent me a link to some on Amazon (I couldn't find them with just doing a search there) but with shipping it comes to around $30. yikes!! BUT..if I have to pay that for them guess there is no choice. I am going to give it just a bit longer to see if someone can find them elsewhere.
