(to make a long story short, I called to take care of it last month, and THEY DID NOTHING)  <P>"Here is your confirmation number, ma'am"  <BR>They gave me a confirmation number last month...what the h good is it???  <P>I told the lady, "confirmation numbers and apologies aren't paying my bills!!!!!!!!"<P>I am so extremely frustrated I seriously feel like me head is going to explode.  <P>Don't people just 'do their jobs' any more????????   <P><BR>Seriously, I need some help calming down.  Please send some good vibes.  I hate feeling this way.  <P><BR>We don't pay a hefty insurance premium out of my husband's pay check for "poops and giggles".  Just do your job, and pay the f ing bill!!!<P>I spend 8 hours a day doing MY job...I don't want to spend another 4 doing someone else's!!!!!!!!<P>
