5|1|Feeling the gluten free pain ;) I tried them and thought they were OK. They were very viscous (think consistency and gelatinousness of those jellies you get at restaurants in those little packs). Honestly, I have been buying Swanson's cooking stock, which is more pricey, but it makes better gravy if you're going for that route.
