going to charge 5.00 a month for using their debit card.so unfair they already charge a 3.00 charge for showing thye checks we right they copy and enclose in the bank statement. 1|1|I heard about this, I've never liked BOA and think it's terrible for them to start charging fees for the debit cards. Seems alot of banks are jumping on the bandwagon to charge fees here and there for everything, we have a main bank we use, then I have a smaller bank account at another bank, now they are charging us $10 a month, cause we don't have any direct deposits going to my acct there, it's ridiculous :( My great grandfather came from Italy many years ago and he told my dad and other family members never to trust a bank, they are no good, I believe he's right :) |RebekkaVA|queen_vulture@msn.com|14:25:26|09/30/2011|

For one thing using a credit union instead of a bank keeps our money local. Here in Southern Oregon we've been part of a group that is really urging folks to move their money! Bank of America's practices are not consumer friendly.
