Mom had a hard labor (12 hours, the last 4 spent at 7 cm and a dislocated hip), the spinal took 12 tries to get in, and then the cord was knotted in 3 places, so they did an emergency c section. DD has a long recovery ahead of her but she did really well through the labor (til the hip) She was scheduled for birthing classes on the 18th LOL
Because of BC, I never thought I'd get to see a grandchild born let alone hold one. I thank God for today and for this wonderful gift.

she is such a sweet quiet baby - had such a rough start they rated her a 2 out of 10 when she was born- but she has some angels looking out for her :O)
