Can someone tell me exactly what the process was? Is it as easy as they show on tv -- I'm guessing it's not - LOL.

cancelled our service in NJ and they did not send the box's like they said they would so we moved the box's with us When we got her we went to direct and I called dish to ask about the box's which they swear they sent to the old addy I told them if they did they did not get to us in time So they sent new box's all ok I packed them up and sent them off only to get a letter saying something was missing I thought they wanted the dish but that wasn't it it was a part on the dish we went back n forth about it as I kept telling them we were never told they needed it and finally they let it go So I would suggest that you call and make sure there isn't ANYTHING on the sat dish they need I know it may not be what you were asking but I wanted to share the info with you 4|2|thanks for the heads up.....|KellyJef|burke3536@yahoo.com|13:03:10|09/12/2011|

5|3|we did this 7 years ago, and it was as easy as they show on tv. only thing i didn't care for was we couldn't get our appt set for the guy to come out and set up at the new house until we were in the new house...of course, then it took a few days before they could get here, so we were about 4 days without tv, which is a big deal in our house, lol. we brought our boxes, left the dish, and the tech guy brought a new dish plus new boxes since we upgraded to tivo at that time. it was very easy and we'd do it again if we ever move.|turdra|tammyjoblake@hotmail.com|14:12:41|09/12/2011|
