Well, we've had little Charlie on heart meds for about a year, but its progressing (congestive heart failure). Took him in today and vet said he couldn't up his meds anymore. So now its just maintaining until the end. I'm really sad and don't want to think about putting him down. I know he's got some time left, maybe a month or two at this rate. Just feeling blue about it.
