The storm front seems to have stalled over our area and it keeps raining and raining.
I had a small piece of wall pop out in the basement and a little river started coming out of the wall. Thank God I noticed it right after it must have happened or my basement would have been in trouble.

which is about 40 minutes north of us. The rain seems to have finally stopped here. We had something like 9 inches of rain over the last couple of days.
Lots of roads closed. No school for the kids today.
Fortunately, our house doesn't sit anywhere near a river or stream, so we're in no danger of our house flooding here, but I'm sure there will be lots of houses lost in this.
Praying the levees hold in Wilkes Barre. The river is supposed to crest right at how high the levees are.
