Was able to get 14 of the Cascade (they are 3 pks for $.97) plus they expired today so I was so happy.
Cashier said another lady came through her line about 30 minutes earlier and spent only $1.29 on her order with coupons...she didn't say what the lady got but it must not have been Cascade based on her not knowing she had to press enter after every scan when it asked "Is $1 the correct coupon amount?"

For those not familiar with merchandising terms a Side Cap (some stores call them power panels) this is the sides to the left and right of an end cap (this is the shelf at the end of each aisle).
They were in a carboard dispenser about 2ft by 2ft with cascade graphics on it.
At the store I found them at they were in the dish soap asile.
I went to 4 WM stores and only found them at an "older" WM...not a new or remodeled store....not sure if this is applicable to all WM stores but just my findings.
