I'm looking to purchase a cricut for my daughter for her birthday for scrapbooking and also for her to make letters for her classroom - she's a teacher.<P>I'm not sure what I'm looking for and wanted to surprise her.  <BR>I thought I would look on craigslist for a used machine but what should I buy?<BR>Isn't there a couple different types?  <BR>Do they really work well?  <BR>Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.<BR>Thanks!!!<P>

There are several cartridges available that are perfect for classroom use. The cartridges are expensive. I have picked up several at Big Lots and have found ebay to also have a lot of good deals on new cartridges as well.
