Since all what has happen this last week I couldn't figure out why I am so so tired
this happen long tome ago too.. I have been clinching my jaw if you understand all this
you do this with out knowing when your stress out its like grindind your teeth both sides of my face is so so sore It's all from stress

A few yrs. ago, I was going thru a stressful time & was doing the same but grinding my teeth in my sleep. The one side of my jaw started developing TMJ, & it was painful just to talk. I could've gotten a mouth-guard from the dentist but at the price of about $200 which my insurance wouldn't cover. I posted on here about it & someone kindly suggested I check the sporting goods section at Walmart for a mouth-guard. Got one there for about $2. Wore it to bed that 1st night & the pain was already better the next morning. I continued to wear it every night & it helped alot. Shortly after, the stress eased up so I stopped wearing it. I've been fine ever since! :) But I've hung onto that mouth-guard just in case. ;)

complaining the last few days of his jaw hurting on that side. We have a dr's appt on thursday, but maybe I should get him a mouth guard. This sounds like his problem.
