8 0|0|Good morning! Would like opinions on over estimating shipping charges...|alz|pleasebeprompt@yahoo.com|09:33:20|08/01/2011|

This has happened multiple times already where I am told a shipping price for the coupons and the postage needed to send is a stamp or more less. Is this standard play? Thanks.

pleasebeprompt@yahooo.com 1|1|Are you talking about envie trades or box's?|teener|teenerzacsneenee@yahoo.com|09:54:15|08/01/2011|

pleasebeprompt@yahooo.com 3|3|Ya know I haven't really paid attention to that myself lol I use reg postage stamps so I guess I just assume that is what is on the envies that I get|teener|teenerzacsneenee@yahoo.com|10:53:04|08/01/2011|

I don't know why they would do that as if they have a scale they should know when the trade is worked out what the postage would be I would make a note of which traders do it then if/when you trade with them again tell them trow some extras in to bring it to the whole .44 in postage 4|4|They are estimating the postage.|alz|pleasebeprompt@yahoo.com|11:02:15|08/01/2011|

I say it is .20 extra per ounce, not .44. From experience I also know about weight of coupons and comment that I think it's too high. No accomodations are made. I let it go because I want the coupons. For example, I send the value of 4 stamps postage and on the envelope are only 3 stamps. Really irks me.

pleasebeprompt@yahooo.com 5|5|I can see why it would I never trade for that many coupons where the cost would be more than the .44 I guess the best thing to do is|teener|teenerzacsneenee@yahoo.com|11:16:46|08/01/2011|

find the traders who charge what is actual and stick with them 6|5|You're correct on the xtra oz. being 20¢.....|maraj|maraj64@hotmail.com|11:21:17|08/01/2011|

Anything up to 1 oz. is 44¢ & each oz. over that is an additional 20¢, not 44¢.
You should only be charged the amount the envelope actually weighs w/the coupons you ordered. If the other person includes extras which make the envie weigh more, he/she is responsible for any additional postage.
You're being overcharged & it is not right.
JMHO. ;)

Smile... it makes people wonder what you're up to!

If you are a HONEST trader, there is nothing to fear in having a feedback link. If you do not have one, please set one up, BEFORE contacting me for a trade. If you insist on not having a feedback link, please do not contact me to trade. Feedback links protect all of us, on RS. Thanks for understanding. Donna
