4|1|I do not do once a month cooking. But if I making something that freezes well, like spaghetti sauce, I will make l pots at one time, and freeze it in individual meal portions, for the family. I love to be able to defrost, and have a dinner, that is home cooked. I also do this with chili, and home made soups.
