The Excessive Heat Warning we're under strongly recommends frequent breaks in a cool place & drinking LOTS of water. It doesn't take much for some people to get overheated so definitely need to be careful.
But there's another catch w/high temps. Going back & forth from being out in the heat to a/c can also make people sick, & I imagine it's due to too much of a difference in temps. Especially as some stores & businesses have the a/c set very cool, almost cold. I realize the grocery stores almost have to have it that cool because of the food. But it's a pretty drastic change from the hot, heavy air outside.
Smile... it makes people wonder what you're up to!

it suppose to be 95 today and humid, he started last week which wasn't as hot, at least they start early quit around 2. He handles the heat pretty good...way better than I do, but still, it is just miserable.
